In your postings, Fight CPS And Win, you might as well cut and paste the whole article.

Cps contractor Jahnigen, 31, is accused of murdering, abusing and torturing 4-year-old Mayne, who died from a ruptured small intestine. Stories of brutalities on children by Cps contractors will become more and more common as Cps expands and becomes more ruthless.  Already these stories are so common, they’re not really worth reading (same stuff again). There’s a new installment today about  Jahnigen’s trial. http://www.visaliatimesdelta.com/news/stories/20010426/localnews/5117… (Reassemble this url in your address window {no spaces} if it is broken into more than one line.) In your postings, Fight CPS And Win, you might as well cut and paste the whole article.  Many of those who work in the large kiddy-prisons have computers configured so that the browser cannot access the web, but their mail program can get the usenet.  This means they cannot follow a link they see through their mail/newsreader. Thursday, April 26, 2001 Foster mother changed stories Woman denies harming child but later says she ‘got rough with him’ By Jason Schultz Times-Delta Hours after her 4-year-old foster child died, Delfina Luna Jahnigen gave police two differing stories of how it happened, saying in one interview, "I got rough with him." In a monotone voice, Jahnigen first denied harming the child, Jamie Mayne, and said in an audio-taped interview he was "fine all day" except for a few bouts of diarrhea. "I know in my heart that I didn’t do anything to hurt him," Jahnigen said in the first taped statement, given the day the boy died. "I did not injure that boy." Jahnigen said in the statement she didn’t notice anything wrong with the child until she took her daughter to soccer practice and saw Mayne had slumped over in the back seat of the car. But Visalia police Agent Steve Shear, who was questioning Jahnigen, is heard on the tape telling her repeatedly that he did not believe her story. "Something happened today that has you scared," Shear told Jahnigen. "I have told you everything," she responded repeatedly. "I’m asking you to find the strength to tell me what happened," Shear said. "A child suffered at your hands and died and you need to tell us what happened." Jahnigen gave a second taped statement later that night and changed her story. She said she argued with the child because he soiled himself and did not want to take a bath. Jahnigen said she grabbed the boy’s arm and the front of his pants and carried him "kicking and screaming" into the bathroom. "I didn’t mean to hurt Jamie," she said repeatedly in the second taped interview. "I was just frustrated with Jamie. I didn’t intend to hurt him. I got rough with him." Jahnigen said on the tape she thought Mayne had hit his head on a door jamb while she was pulling him into the bathroom. She said he might have suffered injuries to his groin when she grabbed the front of his pants to pick him up. She denied punching Mayne or pushing him against a wall. PLATOALSO says… … the link
