Book examines CPS and foster parents dilemmas.  Book shows how foster Dad is so frustrated with DYFS and what he does to them. Also, how DYFS interacts with him as a FP. No, the foster parents are NOT their family.  Their family is who they were in all likelihood wrongly kidnapped from. 75-85+% of the time. Foster care is where they are 8-10 times, or more, as likely to be abused, neglected or killed compared with real families.
