I suggest you contact the Utah legislature about your question in reference to there being excessive removal of children from the homes for trivial, or capricious reasons. Please have the courtesy to address your questions about upcoming Foster Care legislation to those folks. Foster parents, too, are deeply troubled by CPS’ machinations and misdeeds. Even caseworkers experience recriminations.
